44ok Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 44ok platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the website, mobile version and any digital services of 44ok.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The 44ok website and all its associated services.
• "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on 44ok.
• "Gaming Services" — All entertainment services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games and more.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a member's account.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits provided as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total bet amount required to convert bonus funds into real cash.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka) — applicable for all payment methods.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The owner of the depositor's payment account and the 44ok account must be the same person.
• Deposits made through third parties may be cancelled and forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the withdrawal process may be on hold.
• Withdrawals suspected of fraud or rule violations may take additional time for verification.

4.3 Currency

44ok processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform is not responsible for exchange rate differences in the case of transactions in foreign currency.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. To enjoy this bonus:

• Wagering requirement for the bonus: 25 times (you must bet 25 times the total amount of deposit plus bonus).
• If wagering is not completed, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn.
• After receiving the bonus, wagering must be completed within a specified time limit.

5.2 VIP Program

44ok's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement in VIP tiers depends on your activity and regular participation on the platform. The amount and terms of cashback may vary by tier and promotion.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
• 44ok reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of bonus program abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on the platform are governed by the following rules:

• In the event of a technical error, any bets placed during that time will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a round is incomplete due to internet disconnection, the result will be determined according to server logs.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

44ok may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms

• To comply with legal obligations

8.2 Closed by Member
